Cape Town - Orlando Pirates midfielder Oupa Manyisa fancies his team’s prospects of collecting maximum points when they play against Chippa United in Soweto on Tuesday night.

Pirates could only muster draws in their two most recent outings, against Kaizer Chiefs and Free State Stars. However, prior to that they had won five consecutive matches in all competitions.
After producing a lacklustre start to their Premiership campaign, Pirates have now managed to consolidate their fourth position in the league standings and are actually in the position to challenge for a second-placed finish before this campaign concludes.
Manyisa suggested the squad was currently as motivated as it had been all season and has thus issued a warning to any team that tries to stand in its way during the business end of the season.
"We want to win against Chippa," Manyisa told Soccer Laduma.
"We will do our best to regain our winning form. We have dropped four points in two games and that's not good for us. We have to start winning again and we have to start against Chippa.”
Chippa United have been on a downward spiral ever since the club parted ways with Kosta Papic early in the season.
The club has since dropped into the bottom half of the league standings and Rise and Shine have also lost three of their last five matches.
Manyisa understands, as well as anybody, that Chippa United are desperate for a win but doubts they will have the capacity to achieve the desired result on the evening.
"They (Chippa) also obviously want the three points but they have come at a wrong time when we need the points badly," added Manyisa.
When the teams met earlier this season, the Chilli Boys claimed a 1-0 home win in Port Elizabeth.
Kick-off at 19:30 on Tuesday, March 10.
